WE ARE MACHINES....!!!!!!

WE ARE MACHINES....!!!!!!

I started my Human Resource Trainee career by taking the interviews of the candidates. When I started questioning them, they gave the same answers more or less and they were all the answers from the books.

When I ask the questions which are application oriented they are unable to answer them. “Where is the problem”, I thought. I realized that they are like a machine and I am also a Machine.

Shocked..!!!!!
******************

Actually When we were born, we were originals..
It is the Educational System that changed us. The schools are the like Factories which take the students as Raw materials and convert them into complete machines by the time SSC/CBSC is completed.

Note: A Machine is the one which stores the data and we can retrieve that data whenever we want back.

The students after coming out of SSC/ CBSC are like excellent machines with data remembrance.

After students complete SSC/ CBSC, they enter into a free environment like.. A Machine With Artificial Intelligence.. :P

Then, they are changing into different kind of people...

Some lose interest on studies and get diverted towards bad habits....

Others continuously study much more.. and try to get more and more MARKS by becoming more like a MACHINE...

NOTE: The Main difference between the man and machine is that machines perform the tasks when it is about the known circumstances... When we give a new one which a machine doesn't know/programmed at all.. the machine gets stuck... but at the same point human being starts his work..

Human will always think in an innovative way to solve the problems, whereas machines can’t...

Most of the students who come out of the Educational institutions are like Machines..

They get stuck at the point where the analysis and application are required....

The so called education system is producing thousands of Student Machines effectively than any MNC in the world...

The organizations have enough number of machines..
They need a human being to operate a Machine.. not a machine to operate it... :P
