Hello humans,
Life is what we see. and what we live. I am sharing here some small tips which help in your daily life.
=> Drink water as much as your body demands.
=> Take meal at proper time with required nutrition.
=> Use technology only when you really need it.
=> Exercise for half an hour everyday. (light workouts only required)
=> Don't fix your body at the same position for a long time.(maximum 45 minutes)
=> Avoid Junk-food and Fast-food as regular basis.(Otherwise you will get bored)
=> Don't try to take diet by eating less.
