Life is what we see. and what we live. I am sharing here some small tips which help in your daily life.
=> Drink water as much as your body demands.
=> Take meal at proper time with required nutrition.
=> Use technology only when you really need it.
=> Exercise for half an hour everyday. (light workouts only required)
=> Don't fix your body at the same position for a long time.(maximum 45 minutes)
=> Avoid Junk-food and Fast-food as regular basis.(Otherwise you will get bored)
=> Don't try to take diet by eating less.

World Cup 2011

Hurray!!
              We want Sachin..We want Sachin.. louder and louder the crowd is.May be the last season of Sachin is coming. All world cup seasons are very attracting and interesting to watch. But in this season, there might be more thrill than before. Because Indian cricket Team is on spotlight. India is No one contender to win this world cup. There is also a fear in viewers that India might not lose matches with an ease. I will be very shameful and disguised if it will happen. But lets hope for the best. May Sachin will blast and take a cup with glory.!
We want world-cup. lets pray for players and give support and maintain thrill !!

Patriotism

Jai Hind,
             India is great. We all know this. I am here to let you know that we all Indians have patriotism.
But the problem is there are some layers shaded on that feeling. If you talk about your country, someone comments like that its just talking. India can not be improved. There are many major problems here.
But, main problem is approach. If we are having bad days, we still hope that we will be having great days in near future.But this thought can not be continued with our country. We are lagging in some basic and necessary parts, because of some ridiculous mentality of our people. Think and do. Just go through and stay hard.

The best and common example of addiction. But here some doubts in general people's mind. Addiction is actually what you think? Addiction is not limited to drugs, or alcohol or social networking sites. Addiction can be of any type and at any level. If your habit crosses the limit, then it is called addiction. Simple.                             OOPS! What is this? Yeah. Home... Yelling at home. It does matter.
Think that We had a long vacation with our family for 10 days, and after enjoying that vacation, we have just reached home, and how we FEEL? WOW.. Its good to see a home. It feels like relax. We can now feel safer than anywhere. Why ? Is there a reason? Yes, Of course. dears.!! We, humans are very comfortable with those things with which we are totally aware. We can move around our home very freely, and we have no fear of losing something. Homicide is a place where you might born, you might expand your most of moments of your life longer at this place. So for this reason, when you change your home and shift somewhere else, its an odd feeling inside us. We are very eager to stay at new place, but we miss something that we have already felt that old place. That is the hidden attachment of our life....

                    Blogs are not only for fun. I am very attached to the people who have got trapped in alcoholic spider. Why should I show mercy? There is a reason my friends. There are lot of reasons people get started to take alcohol. And escaping that part, everything happened to their life, is not in control of his/her own life. Alcohols are very string to be you weak, both mentally and physically. I am not a doctor to instruct you, but rather I am a human. And I believe that "Humanity is greater than humans". So don't behave odd to alcoholic people. Just give twists to their life. A turn which can be a graceful to be happy and to make others' happy.

                   I am here to take you in one different world. i am asking a simple and basic question. What is a blog? Why one should refer a blog? What is the main advantage to open a blog regularly? The answer is not so much simple and not so much complex. I am here to tell you that BLOG looks like private page of anonymous provider. But that is not true.

BLOG is actually to enhance our thinking by sharing great ideas and information to help each others and to reconnect the supplements as humans. So basically, blog means a part of a whole web application. Because normally we found that blog has some own limitations as compared to websites. So we generally avoid to use blogs when we take up the WWW.

I just want to redirect your idealization and enlarge your scope to retain the flexibility you already have.
Something you can discuss here like your own obligations and implementations. You can relax yourself by giving your contribution to the blog or any activity you like.
